i) Training Manager

Job Summary:

The Training Manager is accountable for the development and management of the Training Certification Program to make certain that resellers and clients are properly skilled and certified on the products. The technical Training Manager will come up with the training program and ensure evenness across all the stages and training regions, interviewing subject matter experts (SMEs) from various locations and functions to extract and adapt data on multifaceted electromechanical software and systems and use the information to advance both Online Training (OLT) and Instructor-led Training (ILT.

Responsibilities:

Researching and developing content on the setting up, maintenance, renovation, use, and usages of 3D printers that employ a diversity of liquid and powder technologies Interviewing SMEs in Field Service, Marketing, Engineering and others to get data on the design and function of the 3D machines and convert it into useful information Using the information collected to gain knowledge on technologies and applications of the products.
ii) Regional Channel Manager

Job Summary:

The Regional Channel Manager plans and executes the sales of the products of 3D Systems sold by particular resellers to make that the monthly, quarterly and annual quotas are met, responsible for predicting unit sales, teaching resellers, making combined sales calls, dispensing information and giving market advice and assistance: launches effective communication and upholds good working relationship by linking the 3D Systems and the reseller groups.

Responsibilities:
· Identifying, selecting and training volume resellers.
· Conducting joint sales calls with the representatives of reseller sales.
· Coordinates corporate resources to provide technical support, customer service, and satisfaction for reseller’s customers as needed.
Conducts monthly account reviews with resellers Exhibits commitment to the core values of 3D Systems by leading, standing-in and behaving consistently with those core values.
iii) Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary:

This is a highly stirred and self-confident person who has the capability to grasp multifaceted product knowledge and a self-starter with the aptitude to disclose tips for sales team.

Responsibilities:

· Meeting the monthly and annual targets for calls and lead generation.
· Proactively leading the sales team.
· Running the database of potential customers and reach them regularly.
· Operating CRM system and ensuring that detailed information is availed to all customers.

iv) Purchaser & Logistic Coordinator
